We’re in the mountains of Calif (Also RED country in a dumb ass Blue State) and no Apple Stores around. Your orig comment to me has now got her stirred up to go for a trade in or upgrade. They really botched the service and warranty on this unit as she’s spent less time using it then on the help line) surprised she missed the New Mac Book coming out as she’s a tech junkie...even taught tech at the University in Sacramento a few years back.....slipping in our old age.
