I wonder if there were respone would have been different if they hadn’t all heard the voice?
Upon hearing it they jumped in and rescued the little girl.
If they hadn’t:
“A yeah - control? You know that report of a crash we looked into last night? Yeah, well the car is in the river. We can see one dead in the front seat, the rest is under water. Can you send a big tow truck so we can winch it out?”
My mom used to get that monthly “Guideposts”. Those “Mysterious Ways” features were always interesting.
My wife has clearly heard that “Still Small Voice” on two critical occasions. I guess it can also yell “Help” when it needs to.
oops- my mistake. I see that upon seeing the person they jumped into the water right away! Good for them. I take away my jaded viewpoint of how it might otherwise have been handled.
The mother had been dead for 12 hours so Unless an 18 month old kid can impersonate the voice of a woman I’d have to go with God. But I’m a Christian so its easy for me to believe.
“Those rescuers were meant to hear that voice.”
That’s the laziest ghost I ever heard of. What took her so long? Her baby could have died too. She waited until they were practically there to project her ghost voice to first responders that were already there. I guess I would be more impressed if she were a little more proactive.
Oh - it is easy for me to believe they heard a voice. I was just trying to make sense if it would have made a difference if they had heard it or not.
