Wow! Porter Waggoner and Norman Greenbaum. I would have never connected the two.
I remember when I first heard Dylan and Johnny Cash together (on an 8-track), as a young Texan and it being the 60s, I didn’t know those two worlds could be buddies and mutual admirers.
I liked them both, but up until then I didn’t know the two worlds could mix, they sure weren’t mixing in school and at the Drive in theaters and bars and such, although I felt comfortable in both.

More than 60% of them went out through GDTS (Grateful Dead Ticketing Service) though, hand mailed tickets from their office in San Rafael.
The designs on them are supposed to be from the best three illustrated envelopes they receive.
