Full Title: Would you dare to go GREY? Women embrace 'granny hair' trend, posting silver selfies on Instagram... after mature models walked the catwalks with undyed locks
_____________________________________
Whether you sprout the odd grey hair, spend hours eradicating them or let your silver locks flow free, the latest hair trend is good news for women everywhere.
Instagram is awash with the grey haired images - from beauty shots featuring professional models to selfies uploaded by proud grey haired Instagrammers.
For the younger granny trend followers, going grey takes serious effort in the beauty department, but for others it means emancipation from timely and costly hair dying regimes.
Either way, the look has an air of defiant feminism. Men have always enjoyed grey emancipation - the salt and pepper look is often deemed distinguished - whereas women's grey hair is rarely viewed in a flattering light.

Instangrammy PING!
If the phone doesn't ring, it's me.
Clinton altered his hair color depending on his audience. Youthful for Gen-X, older and wiser for the baby boomers.
Great tagline.
As the article below states “You are what you absorb”. I vote for the grey! Besides, it is usually the hair style not the color that is the turn-off.

At least they aren’t still chaining the nose or lip to the ear as they were in the 90s.
Nose rings to me indicate someone has snorted coke in their life. Nose studs don’t but they look like golden pimples.
Grandma (?) definitely rocks, LOL
Its attractive for mature ladies that are naturally grey.
NOT young hipsters that die it grey.
I am a man so its always been cool for me...
I hardly think men have “enjoyed” gray hair emancipation.
It is considered vain for men to fuss with hair coloring like women do. Most real men have felt that way. Has nothing to do with “emancipation.
Most guys are just happy to have their hair as they age.
I love my natural grey. I have even grown it out to below my shoulders to show it off and I did so long before this fad started.
Imagine how gray Hillary would be if she didn’t color her hair.
yes because granny hair is just so sexy- BZZZZZT- no it isn’t- but if you women wish to look foolish- knock yourselves out
No thanks.

Most men I associate with, including myself, have grey hair everywhere... covered in it. We all have beer guts with grease under our nails and usually smell like gasoline and gun powder.
We are not the type men to buy hair coloring.
Pajama Boy? Probably so.
If she sees that article, she may just join in, believing it will give her ‘gravitas’.
