Hillary Clinton should have to turn her computer hardware over to the federal government, House Speaker John Boehner now says, though he hasn't decided yet if he'll take legal action to force her hand.
'She violated the law, and the idea that she was going to use her own server and do official business on it goes against every transparency issue that the President likes to tout,' Boehner told Bloomberg News.
The Republican leader said the executive branch 'just can't ignore the fact that there are a lot of public documents on this server that the American people have a right to see.'
'And we believe that it’s time for Mrs. Clinton to turn that server and all those documents over to the IG, the Inspector General, at the State Department,' he added.
Boehner told Bloomberg that he's on the fence about whether to subpoena her property, though.
'I've not made any decisions yet but all options are on the table… If we need to do that, we may have to,' he said. It's important for the American people to know the truth about what happened in Benghazi and it's important to know what was going on at the State Department before, during, and after the events that occurred in Libya.'

Boehner thinks he can get something off of the servers, and then he will probably go for the full house to vote to get them by court. (if she doesn’t comply)

But if any of his meaningless, for-show, throw-away maneuvers ever looked like they were going to accomplish anything consequential (except for growing government), he’d probably have a hard attack.

I am 100% sure that is exactly what she did. Or more than likely, her operatives.
I am sure they called it “Vince Fostering the server.”
....which under “normal” circumstances meaning a “normal” Dept of Justice would be regarded as “corroboration” of the obvious fact that the woman committed a felony (i.e. destroying government propery). It could also corroborate that she did so to “obstruct justice”.
Were we talking about a Republican SOS, the perp walk in he orange suit with cuffs and leg irons would have already happened and you would not even be able to watch ANY news on MSM that wasn’t about the dastardly Republican destroying documents.

Let me remind everyone that it was imperative that we return Bhoner and Mitch to power because we were haters of America if we didn’t toe the GOP line. Remember the freepers who said that and treat them with the scorn they earned. No one will of course.

Agreed. I can’t imagine that Hillary’s advisers would allow any mistakes on wiping it. But Boner is pretty dumb. He might be trying to be helpful.

You may be right. But, oddly, that last thought never occurred to me...
I assume his master Obama gave him the green light to talk about Hillary?
I expect they did. But if they replaced all the disks, they'd have to start over with a fresh install of the OS and Exchange. If they did that, then the message ids it's using won't match up to message ids on email she sent while she was SOS.
But that also might mean she just replaced it with a completely different server, so they should have to tear the place apart from top to bottom and one end to the other until they're absolutely sure the server they're looking for isn't there.
It has been 2 years and 7.5 months since Benghazi and John Boehner has yet to ask Hillary Clinton where she was on 9-11-2012 or why she was involved in giving weapons to the enemy.
