Yep- loved the pride days- lots of really really tough fighter there- Been watching it since the days they could stomp on people’s heads while they were down- sick- glad they changed that and a few other rules- I guess going way back the fights were really ‘no holds barred’- you had to be really tough back then to compete- now the ufc is more glorified wrestling really- not a lot of ‘tough man competition’ style fights much more

I’m not crazy about it either I think it takes money out of the fighters pocket and It’s also a slap in a face to MMA brands like Tapout.

Also going on tonight at Madison Square Garden (hopefully NY legalizes MMA soon), Wladimir Klitschko defended his nearly undisputed Heavyweight Boxing Championship with a UD over American Bryant Jennings.
Highlights of this barnburner included, every time the camera cut to Wladimir’s GF, Hayden Panettiere.
