I don’t know what the solution is anymore. These “people” dont seem to be able to live in a civilized society.

They aren’t in the projects. Last night one of my friends couldn’t go home because rioter s were in her alley. She lives in a nice neighborhood near the tourist area

I am all for “them” burning down places like B-Mow. Try to appease and kiss their sag-pant asses and you get the reality of their culture. Just another example of why most of their homeland lives like 20,000 years ago.
Call it what you want, but like Cro-Magnons and Neanderthals, some humanoid cultural and responsibility evolution stopped at learning to speak.
We have the Right to peacefully assemble, redress, speech...these are our Rights.
The rioting, violence, willful destruction of property are crimes.
Yet we see now both in Baltimore and Ferguson the government in retreat. This, government in retreat, is a worrisome cultural trend. This means even the liberal progressive government has lost and the rot is starting to burn. Anarchy is approaching for the idle hands that the left has created, they now seek mischief with their oppressors.
Black lives matter. Letting generation after generation sit on welfare, Medicaid, WIC, EBT and never giving them the skills they need to rise up diligently has created this perverse sense of entitlement in a country where millions have succeeded to overcome their past.
Republicans freed the slaves, acknowledged their God-given Rights as human beings. Republicans were the first to say their lives do matter.
Democrats continue to spew words like overt racism, covert racism, mirco-aggressions, etc. It is a mind-numbing bilge of rhetoric and nonsensical words contrived to make black people perpetual victims. This is the most insidious form of oppression, but one that also holds the most potential for radical change. “A Society of Victims,” http://www.arachnoid.com/psychology/victimhood.php , takes a long way around to get to the point, but if Black Lives Matter, then it is up to the black people to stop being coerced victims.
Edit: WE need to stop treating them as victims. Victims of slavery? Victims of police? Victims of the system? The meme of the democrat party in one of victimhood and defeat. “A Society of Victims,” explains this painful situation we see before us today. How do you take away a cultures optimism, hope, and dreams...make them victims. And that is exactly what the past 50 years has done.

Because you & I, the taxpayers of America, pay for their phones. Check your cellphone bill for the federal tax; it’s applied to a “free phone” program. Or check out the “pay as you go” kiosk in any Dollar General, Family General store; they all have brochures by different companies how to get free phones if you qualify for free school meals.
Thank you for taking the time for that thoughtful post. I had an intention for something similar. It’s a much better way to understand than the mass of one and two liners that can only heap scorn on “feral yoots” and “Amish.”
Black children have been denied the basic human right and need to live in a real family. (White children these days are trending in that same direction.)
Without a mother AND a father who have been raised by a mother and a father, these children are by default raised by weak and ignorant women; which amounts to no raising at all. Mothers and fathers transmit the virtues - a man can transmit one set and a woman can transmit another set. Both sets are vital.
In that aspect, the children of non families are indeed victims. They just do not understand who the perpetrators are.
And the stores in the mall that they attacked last night were mainly owned by blacks, according to a Congressman from the area who was interviewed on local Philly radio this morning (Power 99 FM); I didn’t catch the congressman’s name.
