So if banning someone because they were spitting and throwing objects is considered racist, then are we to assume that these are the traits of a particular race ?

"....how anyone could work/teach in a school where there were so many misbehaving/disrespectful students."

These students "feral thugs" weren't misbehaving or being disrespectful. They were scoring high grades doing just what they have been taught in public schools nowadays...exercising their self-esteem and building up their self-confidence in order to create more mayhem and cause more damage in their future careers as society's criminals.

Of course, none of them know readin', writin', 'rithmetic or respect. That's only for those racist, white privileged kids.

I have had some experience in Kansas City with the effort to expose the inner city students to the arts. Here’s how it worked here: some left leaning foundation coughs up the money to support a program that provides tickets, lunch, etc. for the art museums, symphony, opera and the like and the school selects the students and the criteria. Some schools uses it as a reward for student who have some interest and provide with volunteers who can serve as chaperones - usually works. The others, the large majority, see it just as another freebie with inadequate supervision over unruly and rude students loaded with smart phones, hormones, and whatever they are selling on the street. The purpose of the program is to assuage the guilt of the elitist whites of Kansas City. Waste of time and annoys the people who are spending their own money to support the arts.

Just animals doing what animals do when you let them out of the zoo.

One student allegedly spat over the side of the museum's iconic spiraling ramp and another was accused of throwing a penny from the top of the walkway, which is claimed to have hit a security guard.

the same black culture that produces disruptive kids also produces parasitism and dependence

I think the penny thing sounds like fun...not so much the spitting...

The only acceptable response was to let the urchins riot to their hearts content for a day or two then blame society for the damage......

I had been in the Guggenheim back in the 70’s and the only thing interesting is the building...what was put up as art were things like a large ball of aluminum foil on a pedestal, art, I am afraid not....now if one wants to see art, go the the Art museum of New York Metropolitan museum of Art.....one thing I remember besides the foil was a large piece of foam rubber on the first floor, big enough to be called a large mattress (about 3 feet thick) and at one point I looked over the side and a guy and gal were laying on it making out.....not worth the trip except to see the building which I think was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.
