Who was involved in the deadly Waco biker brawl?

“In 34 years of law enforcement, this is the most violent crime scene I have ever been involved in,” Waco Police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said following a biker gang shootout that left 9 dead and 18 others wounded in the parking lot of a busy shopping center Sunday. “There is blood everywhere.”

Reports of the grisly brawl, which police said escalated from the bathroom to the bar and out into the parking lot of a restaurant called Twin Peaks, sound like a scene from a movie — or one of the countless scripted and reality TV shows about the elusive world of biker gangs. More than 170 people were arrested on charges of engaging in organized crime in relation to the shooting which, Swanton clarified, constituted “capital murder.”

So your position is that membership in a legal organization is grounds for presumptive guilt, punishable by machine gun fire from agents of the State?

There are nearly a dozen dead. I want to know the rules of engagement that were in place. It will be interesting to compare v. audivisual evidence that will likely be forthcoming.

The headlines have all done their best to assure us that a bunch of bikers just offed each other and saved John Q. Public all sorts of grief.

Why do so many alleged conservatives here insist on believing verbatim ANY of the news reports written by reporters whose only view is of Hussein’s internal nether regions?

“but something stinks about this whole thing. Arrest all of them for murder? High bail? Confiscate their bikes?”

Its a notice to stay out of Waco. And if you and me walk in to a bank to rob it and YOU shoot the teller, I can get the death penalty because a felony I was involved in lead to murder.
Additionally, Texas happily has tough gang laws. If you are a member of the gang, you get charged with the acts of that gang as an organized crime member.
High bail keeps them from doing anymore of their BS and starting a war. The judge said it was another message that Waco doesn’t want them around.
And the bikes, sell em all.

Make those SOBs think twice before doing it there. This was a classic example of good law enforcement practice for those black flash mobs too. A violent brick wall cop response combined with a hard line prosecutor, and a Judge who likes his home town. High bails, and we sell your rides.

The fake tough bikers ran into something really tough,,,,,Waco Texas. Now look at em whine. Have they ever given a rats azz about Their victims?
They got a taste of what they think is so fun to dish out to others, pain and financial hardship.

“Seriously?!? You could start with looking at all the pictures and reading the op article. But since you need me to hold your hand - Bandidos, Cassocks, Scimitars, Leathernecks, Veterans, Los Pirados and probably a lot of independents since it had been advertised as a clubs (not gang) regular meeting. Check out the calendar of scheduled events for May at http://localendar.com/public/ucoctadmin and see other events for such big scary bikers like the Disciples of Christ and Mud Bugs for Wounded Warriors.”

Why do the “good guys” associate in any way whatsoever, with the known criminal elements?

So I assume he wasn't around when the Waco Branch Davidian mass murder of 76 men, women and children by the Clinton/Reno regime happened?

While Waco gets the bad rap, that was outside of town.

“So your position is that membership in a legal organization is grounds for presumptive guilt,”

They weren’t in a legal organization anymore than the Gambino crime family, or the Crips, MS-13, or the Sinaloa Cartel are legal organizations.

And when groups of them gather to do violence, in a city of good people, I do thing they should be shot. But not machine gunned, aimed fire and ammo conservation is important to me. I think the switch should be set to semi,,,

I want the criminal behind bars, have no problem with that. I understand the guilt by association, I just see a action here that could escalate as a way to get whitey. All these illegals and blacks breaking the laws all the time and they are walking free, and getting paid for the illegal actions. I stand by my stand on this is overkill, and does not pass the smell test. Media is on this like flies on stink and turns a blind eye to all the other corruption right in front of them.

Besides, this has been done before in Texas. That whole “one riot, one Ranger” thing? It comes from a fact that carried a deadly meaning.
The oilfields and their boomtowns were very deadly in the 1920s. Whorehouses, illegal booze, gambling, and murder sometimes got very out of hand.

A Ranger showing up had exactly one way to restore order, and send a strong message to not repeat the BS. You just saw that method in Waco.......Enjoy!

These bikers are learning the boomtown lessons. Now if they stop whining and take their medicine, maybe they can improve themselves. But im guessing they’ll whine. (albeit,,somewhere besides Waco)

“What is the old saying. they came for the bikers.....”

First they came for the bikers in a mass gangfight,,,, then they came for the child molesters,,,,

Yes, I can see how stopping a criminal gang fight indicates Christians are about to be arrested en masse.

“They were arrested for engaging in a criminal enterprise not murder..If and when murder charges are filed...that would make it capital murder.”

Technically speaking, if three guys go to rob a store, one carrying a gun, the guy with the gun shoots and kills the storekeeper, all three CAN be charged with the murder.

If 180 bikers go to a restaurant, all armed with guns, knives, chains, intending to settle scores, one way or another, and a predictable fight ensues, all CAN be charged all the way up to 1st degree murder, if the jurisdiction decides to do so.

LE have a ton of work ahead, to determine who did what, etc. In the meantime, would you just let them all go on their own recognizance, or charge them all to the max, and make their lives difficult?

One thing is for certain: Good guys don’t aspire to be members of criminal outlaw organizations, like the Banditos, or the Hell’s Angels.

If a chapter of the Bikers for Christ were there in that place, expecting a peaceful pow-wow, they got the surprise of their lives, didn’t they?

Personally, I don’t care if the biker thugs shot each other, or if the police mowed them all down. Dispatch them all to hell. Doesn’t matter to me whether it’s looting, rioting Negro thugs, or dope-peddling biker criminal thugs. As a Texan, these police are doing and acting just as I expect, and just as I want. And just as they’ve done throughout history, here in this state.

Other candy-ass states can do what the hell they want, like “standing down” and coddling these vermin. That’s their own doing.
