President Obama’s legacy is increasingly in legal jeopardy

President Obama's second-term agenda, it seems, is in the hands of the courts.

Same-sex marriage. Obamacare. Climate change. And now immigration. And in many cases, there is significant doubt about whether his signature initiatives will stand legal scrutiny.

The latest blow to Obama's second-term plans came Tuesday when a federal appeals court in New Orleans denied the administration's request to move forward with implementing his expanded executive action on immigration to defer deportation for millions of undocumented immigrants.

Texas and 25 other states have sued to have it shelved. The drama is sure to ensue for months, writes the Post's David Nakamura, and throw into doubt whether the fight over all of Obama's executive actions on immigration will be settled before he leaves office in January 2017.

Here's a look at other Obama agenda items that are now in the court's hands, and where they stand.

All I can say is watch out for Obama. Now that the courts have denied his opportunity to appeasement to illegal immigrants. He will strive to destroy the uS in yet another way. Oddly enough TSA security badges are missing throughout USA airports. ISIS is on tthe rise. What is happening with the US Armed Forces - start alert being issued or what. What places like Detroit and Minneapolis/St.Paul with high Muslim Populations? Are the radicals open to cause havoc this summer and beyond. Because the nutcase of a so called pres dent will show ha he truly is a nutcase!

THE OBAMAS GET READY FOR THE BIG PAYDAY ALA CLINTON. The buck-raking Clinton Foundation was planned long before the two grifters ever moved to the WH. They knew the possibilities and sold access every chance they could. Looks like Obama has been taking notes.

Obama isn't even out of office yet---and already has two foundations (that we know of).

(1) "The Obama Foundation" announced the location of its library in Chicago.....revving up the next ex-president's money machine.

(2) The second Obama foundation----The Barack H. Obama Foundation (BHOF)---(named after their dad), was fast-tracked by Lois Lerner for IRS tax-exempt status....for Malik Obama, Barack's half brother.

The BHOF is based at a Virginia UPS store, according to its website. The organization’s IRS filings list another Virginia address that is actually a drug rehab center where the foundation does not appear ever to have been based.

As first reported by The Daily Caller, the foundation was speedily approved for IRS exemption by Lois Lerner, the self-same IRS senior official at the center of the targeting of conservative organizations that have waited over two years to receive tax exempt status. The IRS thoughtfully gave Obama Foundation retroactive fund-raising status.......which it stupidly never applied for.

The tax-exempt Barack H. Obama Foundation is run by Abon’go “Roy” Malik Obama, the half-brother of Barack Obama.

The foundation’s mission statement is “to provide people everywhere with resources to uplift their welfare and living standards in memory of dad---Barack H. Obama: in the region of his birth, Kenya, and beyond.” Its guiding principle is “the inherent belief that no one can truly enjoy the riches he has reaped if his neighbor suffers....."We seek to elevate the human condition so that everyone can live in dignity and truly enjoy having one another as neighbors.”

Despite raising more than $250,000, the alleged charity doesn’t seem to have done much. Its website claims the organization has built a madrassa and was building an imam’s house as well as some “proposed latrines,” but there is no other evidence that the nonprofit was working to “mitigate social-shortcomings in areas of education and literacy, health and well-being, poverty, and lack of community infrastructure in such basic needs such as water, electricity, shelter and sustenance,” as the site says.

Alton Ray Baysden, a former Dept of State employee, allegedly a registered Republican, who helped start the Barack H Obama foundation, declined to comment before seeing copies of a reporter’s passport and govt ID, along with a description of the article’s “motivation” and “slant.”

Repeated reporters' phone calls went to the organization’s voicemail and were not returned.

Malik spends most of his time in Kenya with his 12 wives while Obama finances his half brother, Malik, a major fundraiser for the Muslim Bortherhood.

Within the first couple of months of Obama’s illegal immigration executive memos he signed on AF One, at least ninety thousand Social Security cards were issued to illegal aliens. Now Senators Ben Sasse and Jeff Sessions want answers on how many additional social security cards were issued. The answer is important because it will allow citizens to know just how much money taxpayers are spending on illegal aliens.

Social Security cards are keys of the kingdom to illegal aliens. With them, they are able to access a number of all sorts of benefits, including the Earned Income Tax Credit, Social Security disability payments or Social Security’s supplemental income program.

The senators also want to know how much in benefits these illegals have collected. The senators have yet to connect the dots in Obama’s real scheme. Let me help them out.

Social Security cards besides making illegals eligible for benefits, can have a more profound problem for the United States. The cards make it very easy for illegals to register to vote, even in states with voter ID laws.

One of the documents accepted for registering to vote is………….Social Security cards. But administration officials don’t dare instruct the illegals on how to vote and many might not trust them. The Washinton Times explains how easy it would be to add millions of new voters through the democrat’s illegal amnesty.

So how do you get around this? Simple. You have the latino-centric America hating La Raza do it. Yes, La Raza actually teaches illegal immigrants where and how to register and vote. With the advent of so many illegals being able to vote and limited resources, La Raza couldn’t possibly handle the volume or afford to spend the kind of money necessary to facilitate such a huge undertaking.

NOTE WELL: Obama and congressional democrats along with a huge assist from Eric Holder may shed some light on this, too. What if we add the former ACORN into the mix? No, they aren’t defunct, they just use the democratic playbook, which calls for changing the name of ACORN to NeighborWorks America. That may answer the manpower problem to a large extent, but what about the massive amount of money that would be needed?

Both NeighborWorks America and La Raza have found a huge funding source. The DOJ has sued several banks and made settlements in which the banks have paid 24 billion in fines. One of the banks, CitiCorp was also ordered to pay $50 million to La Raza and NeighborWorks America as part of the settlement.

But wait, it doesn’t stop there. Another clause in the agreement makes it possible for La Raza and NeighborWorks America to rake in even larger amounts of money.

Of the remaining money the banks needed to pay in settlements, the banks were able to contribute additional money to La Raza and NeighborWorks America. For every dollar they contribute, it reduces their debt to the government by 2 dollars. That’s some mighty powerful incentive to give generously.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and House Financial Services Chairman Jeb Hensarling have questioned why this money was sent to the two organizations rather than to the alleged victims of the bank’s crime. The administration of course declined to answer.

So now, with Social Security cards, manpower and tons of money to go along with the two years before the next presidential election, the largest and most successful voter fraud campaign may alter the course of the elections not to mention the future of the United States.

I object to the use of the term “legacy” as something Obama can be given, or determine, that is his campaign promises. His legacy will be determined by the American people and it isn’t going to place Obama on a pedestal. While ex-president have their portraits hung in the White House, presidents get to choose where they are hung. Obama’s portrait will likely be hung in the staff bathroom.

I think there are a million clues and they’re right under our noses. People are well aware of what’s going on but can’t depend much on anything being done about it. Impeachment might be a “proper channel” but it doesn’t guarantee the necessary results.
