OBAMA TO REGULATE 'DIVERSITY' IN WHITE SUBURBS
WND ^ | 6/11/2015 | cheryl Chumley

President Obama is pressing forward with regulations to diversify wealthy neighborhoods – and critics of the idea haven’t been shy, calling out the idea as ridiculous and an irrational way of advancing the White House’s own vision of a utopian society.

The rules, coming from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, could withhold block grants to communities if they don’t build enough so-called affordable housing in wealthy neighborhoods, the Hill reported.

Start in Chappaqua, NY and Martha’s Vineyard.

LOL! They're not talking about "blue" gated communities. Those will remain lily-white.

the Hamptons...so many of these wealthy enclaves are filled with leftists. I want to feel concerned but can’t.

Do you think that you are immune from this?

They want to do this everywhere.

I keep advising people to move to the country. It’s the last decent place left in America. The cities and suburbs are lost.

You think that they won't also target section housing in the country?

Your neighborhood too can become like Ferguson or Baltimore.

The Democrats destroyed the cities and educational system by forced busing. This will do the same for small towns and suburbs.

“Goal: Destroy white people as a unified people with common, core values.”

“Divide and attack.”

If your city does not take block grants from the federal government, you will not be impacted.

The answer is to do away with all block grants.

“Department of Housing and Urban Development”

Hmmm, I sure don’t see that in the constitution.

the regulations seemed to be yet another way for Obama to inject race into a policy discussion

Nathan Bedford's first Maxim of American politics:

all politics in America is not local but ultimately racial.

I read an article in National Review 20 years ago about Section 8 housing and where it would lead and it all has come true!

We need to FIGHT them where ever they are. Look at the latest EPA regs on waterways. They will find ways to control everyone.

Today, it is classism by subculture- for the lower strata. This allows high caste to subvert and kill Our Country, and somewhat quietly Globalize the US, into socialist fascism. Not bad effort on their part. The pussies never saw it comin’.

Agreed!

The cities and suburbs are lost.
At least the areas under democRAT control!

Once the developers have bought up all the available rural land (basically our agricultural heartland) where do we go to produce food for all the flesh & blood drones?

Regards,
GtG

A builder cannot build an “affordable” house on a lot that’s not affordable. Lots in these “plush” neighborhoods cost way too much. A builder can’t make a profit by building a small house on the. For Obama’s plan to work the government will have to subsidize the deal.

They’re talking about neighborhoods with house between $300,000 and a million. The elites on huge tracts of land won’t be bothered.
