LOL!
Enchalada sauce, browned onion and much garlic. Roll in softened corn tortillas and bake a little. Grated cheese on top is good.
There’s your answer!
It’s got all your basic food groups, cheese, meat and noodles.
Just, NO.
Once you get a nice little case of food poisoning, you get MUCH more careful. I left bacon out of the fridge for 12 hours. Chucked it.
Tacos!
To elaborate on my chili comment:
Chili
Add corn to taste
Add grated carrot
Serve over skroodles
This is a dinner.
I can’t think of less than 100 ways!!
Can of sloppy joe sauce and buns
hamburger helper
tacos (just add tomato sauce or what you have and chili powder...got any onions to cook too?)
boil spaghetti or any kind of macaroni and add sauce to the meat (serve well mixed or just “on top”)cheese too?
no tomatoes or sauce? How about creamed soup and serve over mashed spuds?
pack it into patties with shredded cheese and eat it like a burger
look in a cookbook...Do you know how many casseroles start with a pound of browned ground beef? dozens in every book!
Enchiladas. Add cheese inside with the meat, place in shallow baking pan, top with more cheese, then SPAGHETTI SAUCE. Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 30 minutes. I used to make it all the time with canned chicken. The kids loved it.
We usually use a side dish packet, some frozen or canned vegetables, a can of "cream of something" soup with milk combined with the ground beef.
There ain’t nothing that Tabasco Sauce can’t fix...
Now add some lettuce. tomato cheese and tortilla and maybe some refried beans...
Like Spicy or not spicy?
add two onions, sweet or regular
add two large peppers - anaheim, cubana, etc.
add two cans of tomato, drained.
add chili powder, cumin, a little ground salt, some pepper.
crushed red pepper to taste
a cup of red wine for liquid.
Simmer a couple of hours.
I need some ideas
I’d suggest SOS, the best hamburger dish possible.
You have enough for two. Just add stale toasted white bread and you have mess hall’s finest dish.
normally wouldn’t suggest anything for 93% but if that’s all you have...next time try 80%. Plenty lean but enough fat for flavor.
I’ve made a bunch of white rice, put the meat on top of the rice, and then a large handful of cheddar cheese over the top. Make sure you spice it well, and use a bit of soy sauce, too.
Layer it between lasagna noodles, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, spinach etc etc etc.
Bake until it bubbles.
You need a FoodSaver system. Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops sell various models. Seal your leftovers in vacuum sealed bags, and freeze them. Don’t forget to label them.
Burritos. Easy, delicious, nutritious, and when you freeze the leftovers you have a wonderful convenience food.
Mix it in a bowl with a chopped onion, a tsp of salt, a handful of chopped cilantro or parsley, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, and 1-2 tsp of chipotle chili powder (more = more spicy).
Heat your frying pan up, add some healthy fat (coconut oil is good), 1-2 tbsp, then add your mix. It would be better with raw hamburger. Yum.
