That’s a hard lesson to learn the hard way in the cage. I remember some fight awhile back a guy got his nose broken right at the end of the round. He was asking his corner if he could have a towel to blow his nose, since he couldn’t breathe through it. One of the corner men said DO NOT BLOW YOUR NOSE! It stuck with me.
