What resources are declining?

I hear some PSAs about clean water that make it sound as if water is a diminishing resource. But there is just as much water on the planet as there was centuries ago.

Hairspray was destroying the Ozone Layer 50 years ago.

These 'experts' just dust off the speeches of the supposed threats from decades ago, repackage them, and try to sell them to new generations.

When the data doesn't support their threat claims, they just change the data -- which causes their claims to be based on lies.
