I am considering flying our flag upside down from now on...did it once when o was elected...just feels like freedom is waning

It may very well be, and that is completely irrelevant to displaying our flag properly. Try calling 911 and telling the dispatcher that you called because you don’t like the direction the country is headed, and let me know how that goes.
Don’t worry; in a true emergency 911 will put you on hold for about a year anyway, if they think the damage is even possibly related to the Obama regime. Been there, done that. No worry that flying the flag upside-down will waste emergency resources. Truth is, I think this country is capable of anything but a yawn any more. We’re not just mostly dead; this nation is ALL dead. All that’s left is to go through the pockets looking for loose change. And all without any response by the people who are supposed to keep the nation intact and safe. The alarms were all disabled. I guess because people always said that this increment of “slide” wasn’t enough to justify alarm...

I'd be there. I'm not an organizer, nobody listens to little me. But my antennae are up and when the organizer calls I will hear and respond. May it happen.
Very sad what is happening. I have had nothing but positive reaction in my neighborhood when I fly Revolution-era flags during Independence Day week. Some have even thanked me. Gives me some hope. Still, we are the only house that flys Old Glory. Every day. And we have lived here for 11 years.

I have a metal Rose Arbor in my front yard, on it is 2 US Flags, POW, Navy, and Don’t Tread on Me. They have solar lights on them. There is also a concrete Cross at the base.
On specific days the Big US and Navy Flags go up on the house. I’d fly them every day, except I can’t lift them. No way to light them. Hubby has to put them up and it is hard for him to do as he needs new shoulders. So I take what I can get.
I WILL NOT allow these butt holes to take that right from me. This is MY COUNTRY. I may not like the direction we are going, but it is still my country and my dad fought in WW2 for her and my husband served 20 yrs in the Navy, retiring as a SCPO. It’s in my blood. Just as the Confederate flag is my heritage as a Tennessean.
