Hi, Vision. Not much happening here. Keith’s watching golf on his computer, and I’m doing—you guessed it—laundry. Got some baby back ribs for the grill.
How about you?
Smoking a cigar on the porch and relaxing. Have some time off this week. Going to be heading to the beach with family. You guys doing anything special?

I guess the irony of the 4th of July show at the end will be completely lost on Ed.
Ah, the diet. There’s no real time to end it. It must become “a way of life.” :-/
We’re not planning anything to celebrate Independence Day. At least Keith has the weekend off, for a change, though.
In his mind it’s a grand finale. It’s about himself :)
The diet won’t always be this severe, just need to get to a certain point before I go back to the new normal.
A friend gave me her elliptical machine, and that has helped me immensely! Working it off with some kind of exercise makes a huge difference. I pound that machine, and I’ve lost weight. It’s nice when your clothes start to fit loosely.
I’m on the elliptical too. 1hr 3x week.
