Americans Buy Into Marxist Family Planning
The Federalist ^ | Jun, 29 2015 | Paul Kengor

Marx and Engels’ ten-point plan for imposing Communism includes drastic anti-family measures many Americans support today.

If you’ve never read “The Communist Manifesto” by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, published in 1848, you should—especially right now.

To be sure, reading this awful screed against human nature can be confusing, let alone unsatisfying and thoroughly unedifying. What do the authors mean, for example, when they screech: “Abolition of the family! Even the most radical flare up at this infamous proposal of the Communists”?

They are but one stop in a long line of leftists such as Robert Owen, Charles Fourier, Vladimir Lenin, Leon Trotsky, Alexandra Kollontai, Margaret Sanger, Margaret Mead, Wilhelm Reich, Herbert Marcuse, Betty Friedan, Kate Millett, the Bolsheviks, the Frankfurt School of cultural Marxists, Mao Tse-Tung, assorted ’60s radicals from Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn to Mark Rudd and Tom Hayden, and on to modern groups like the Beyond Marriage campaign and various gay-marriage activists—all just for starters—who have engaged in a long march to fundamentally transform natural, traditional, biblical marriage and the family.

The excessive emphasis on “community” is a communist tactic to break down the family as the kernel of education, morality and social order. Have ya noticed that?

“It takes a village to raise a child” etc. “Community” has replaced words like parish, town, campus. We are encouraged to “give back” to the community... or (ugh) “pay it forward.” Helping your family is not emphasized, but community is. But without geographical definition, what is a community? Quite vague, isn’t it? Or whatever you want it to be. “PLU” - people like us.

I say that “community” is good and the “village” is good. But in 21st Century America, those things are long dead. The TV among many other things, killed them over 50 years ago.

“what is a community?

Sometimes it is the people who live around you. Sometimes it is a collection of people who share the same pathology.

Like this:

“Caitlyn ‘Blaadz’ SkartissU, a pagan polyamorous genderqueer trans-identifying HIV-positive vegan indigo, and leading activist in the self-mutilation COMMUNITY, demands an exemption from the campus smoking ban which threatens the rights of this underrepresented minority to express themselves with lit cigarettes. “Burning ourselves with cigarettes provides our otherwise invisible COMMUNITY with a voice that deserves a place among the hegemonizing mute-averse mainstream” SkartissU said.

I’m glad someone else has noticed the community-mania. You never hear about cities or towns anymore, just communities. And this “give back” thing is out of control. To graduate high school you have to perform “community service”. The laugh of it is that when you show people their communism they get insulted, so thorough is the cognitive dissonance and the brainwashing.

When my kids were in high school (2004-2012), they couldn’t count any hours of community service if it was with the church - mission trips, vacation bible school, homeless shelters, etc...the school considered it discriminatory because it only helped a small population....... California, of course...
