Do you actually believe CommieLand would give all that up? Whoever his next-of-kin is, he is going to get $14.95, after taxes and fees.

I'm sure there is a legal loophole that forbids guns that have been confiscated from being returned. All that, and the ammunition, is gone like a fart in a hurricane. It never existed.
