That comment was made in the 1860s. The Selective Service was formed in 1917.

In other words, You got nothing. Just what I expected. The reason you got nothing is because you can't lie about the History.

Everyone knows Indians weren't citizens until after the Indian Citizenship act of 1924. They were arrested, they were imprisoned, they were executed, meaning they were subject to our laws, but guess what captain dumbass? They weren't subject to our jurisdiction in the context of the 14th amendment.
