Who said she ever received classified material via email? Surely, she probably received it via carrier pigeon, or something like that. Maybe via those inter office mail envelopes, you know the ones with names scribbled on the front for each person that used the envelope in the past.

Yes, there’s no reason to think she actually did any official business in email! It’s not like she needed access to such to do her job or anything. After all, it doesn’t take too many emails to simply say “arm the rebels!”, hoping of course the rebels armed really were on our side (oopsies!).

Now, I have a huge giant “sarc tag” for all of what I wrote above, I bought it in bulk from SAM’S Club, just for such bulk sarcasm times. Where did I put it....

Over a month ago I heard an elderly woman point this out to Rush - and since then no one has picked this up - it’s the giant-killer question - someone has to ask her!

Several callers (whistleblowers) referred to the classified “rooms” as being separate and without access to email or electronic devices.

The theory was that someone had to work with her - someone took snapshots and saved as jpeg and got it out of the classified room that way. (in particular the satellite image)

Latest State Dept release of Hillary emails shows another 150+ classified documents on the Clinton Foundation server......

AS DR DUDE POSTULATED: Why would the Clinton Foundation have classified emails in their possession? ANSWER: Because they generated the huge amounts of money the Clintons pocketed via bribes, honoraria, foundation donations, insider business deals, consultancies, etc...

Canadian Frank Giustra--donated $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more to the Clinton Foundation. Giustra built a company that later merged with Uranium One.

Ian Telfer--Canadian donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation
Mining investor who was chairman of Uranium One when an arm of the Russian government, Rosatom, acquired it.

Paul Reynolds--donated $1 million to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation Adviser on 2007 UrAsia-Uranium One merger. Later helped raise $260 million for the company.

Frank Holmes---donated $250,000 to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Chief Executive of U.S. Global Investors Inc., which held $4.7 million in Uranium One shares in the first quarter of 2011.

•The SEC charged a Clinton Foundation trustee with misallocating $9.5M from his database company. Shareholders sued for using the company jet to fly the Clintons around and paying Bill Clinton a $3M consulting fee.

• A Clinton Foundation trustee was accused of paying Bahraini executives (roughly $52 million) to win sales contracts for US-based Alcoa which later settled with the DOJ for $384M.

• A Clinton Foundation trustee donated to Hillary’s campaigns...gave the Clintons millions in honoraria and millions more to the foundation. The trustee was arrested for allegedly defrauding a bank. He pleaded guilty in a Bklyn court to “funneling more than $180,000 in illegal contributions to three federal candidates,” Hillary among them.

• An Indian legislator sat at the head table at the Clinton Global Initiative and dined privately with the Clintons at their home. He gave between $1-5 million to the Clinton Foundation....then was arrested for bribing members of parliament WRT a US-Indian nuclear-technology agreement....he was booted from his party, ending his political career.

• Venezuelan Claudio Osorio fundraised for Hillary and supported the Clinton Global Initiative. He falsified federal applications and bilked US taxpayers to score a loan of $10M tax dollars to build homes in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. Osorio was convicted of financial fraud, using federal “humanitarian assistance for personal benefit,” and got 12 years in federal prison.

• He was on the federal terrorist no-fly list yet a Lebanese-British businessman donated $460,000 to Miami Democrats for voter-registration and attended the Clintons’ WH Christmas party. He was later convicted of money-laundering and “aiding a criminal organization WRT billions of dollars stolen from Nigeria. The Lebanese businessman’s company pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative. The eco-minded Clinton awarded him a prize for “sustainable development.”

Several ‘data points’....

1. Classified data should exist on classified computer systems that have firewalls that prevent unclassified systems from ‘seeing’ the system. Also - the classified computer system can’t send stuff to unclassified systems. (recall during the Clinton administration, Wen Ho Lee was accused of transferring classified nuclear weapons design information to his unclassified computer....connected to the internet, and his Chinese ‘masters’ could sluice the data from the Unclassified computer.)

2. When someone sits down at an unclassified computer and generates an e-mail, that person is capable of quoting from classified e-mails or memos and when he sits an e-mail, it had classified data, and the sending of the e-mail represents a breach of protocols (and violation of the law) to transmit classified information. (The person can only send to other unclassified computers, because the firewall prevents classified and unclassified computers from sharing.)

3. Hillary can claim that she didn’t knowingly send or receive classified data, but that is pure bunk. As in #2 - she gets classified briefings, classified data via secure Fax or someone hands her hard copy with classified information. For her to send out data that knowingly fits the characterization as classified means she broke the law. If she sees classified data (even if it isn’t marked as such) - she would be legally required to notified security and have security evaluate the breach AND the IT department would attempt to trace back the classified e-mail to the source and also other recipients, and ‘scrub’ the systems and temporary servers of the classified data. For Hillary to maintain her own server meant she had no security and ability to monitor for breaches and to fix breaches.

4. If classified information is on Hillary’s e-mail server and she claims it wasn’t classified when she received it...means she is either extremely corrupt or totally clueless. (Maybe both??) Each agency (State, Defense, etc.) will have CLEAR guidelines on what type information requires more treatment and should be classified (either Confidential, Secret or Top Secret). Every person in that agency receives regular training on what constitutes classified information. It is not ‘someone else’s job’ ...EVERYONE is responsible for flagging possibly classified information and getting prompt action taken to remove it from UNCLAS systems and ‘repair the breech.’

Here’s my theory, as someone who worked in the intel salt mines for 20+ years, with a TS/SCI clearance w/poly and cleared for several SAR/SAP programs as well.

Classified information is transmitted through two intranets (not internets) that links thousands of nodes in the defense and security establishments. A system originally known as SIPRNET was set up to handle traffic up to the “Secret” level. A second network, originally called JWICS, was established for traffic up to the TS/SCI level.

By comparison, Hillary’s home brew server was her substitute for NIPRNET, the government’s unclassified network that plugs into the internet. Not cleared for any type of classified info.

You can’t move a document that resides on SIPRNET to JWICS w/o downloading it from the originating system, then uploading it to the TS/SCI network. I left the spook world back in 2008, and there was a huge push underway at that point to prevent individual analysts from being able to move information from one network to another. At my last job, that process could only be performed by a system administrator, and there had to be sufficient justification for the transfer.

Obviously, we’ve had intel scandals since then (Bradley Manning and Edward Snowden come to mind) which originated with the unauthorized downloading of information. But the vast majority of desk top PCs in classified work spaces do not allow that function. The CD/DVD drive does not work (by design) and you cannot plug a thumb drive into the machine, either.

So how did all that classified info wind up on Hillary’s system? SecState and senior staff are cleared for the highest levels of classified info. All of them—including HRC—should have been “read in” to classified when they joined state, unless they were “transferred in status” from another cleared job. That means all had access to SIPRNET and JWICS. Terminals for that latter system are only located in SCIFs (Sensitive Compartmentalized Intelligence Facilities) which exist at the spy agencies, military installations and virtually all cabinet-level agencies, including State. A desk top PC outside a SCIF can be linked to JWICS, if the hard drive can be removed and secured in a safe when the machine is not in use.

With that in mind, there were two ways to get classified onto Hillary’s network. First, they could have copied and scanned classified documents and uploaded them to the unsecure system. Highly unlikely, IMO. Finished intel documents have overall classification levels at the top and bottom of each page, and each paragraph is marked as well. Additionally, there are declassification instructions found on most of them as well. It would take a fair amount of cutting-and-pasting (the old-fashioned way) to get rid of the markings.

The more likely scenario is that Clinton and her aides simply reviewed classified documents, and re-wrote the material in e-mails sent over the home-brew system. And contrary to claims made in recent days, there is no “disagreement” over whether the material is classified. Both the State Department and Intel Community Inspectors General have already made that determination, comparing the e-mails with original source documents from CIA, NSA and NGA.

And for the record, HRC had no classification authority for any material originating outside her agency. If the directors of those agencies deemed it classified at the time it was produced and disseminated, it was still classified when Hillary, Huma and the gang were trying to game the system and pass sensitive data over her network.
