Solo had gotten into a physical altercation with her half-sister and nephew, who was a minor at the time in June of 2014. Solo seemed to catch a lucky break in January when the case was dismissed due to “procedural grounds.” However, an appeals court reversed that decision and cleared the path for charges against Solo to be re-filed.

Solo’s belligerent behavior with police officers at that scene resulted in a 30-day suspension from the USWNT leaving some to wonder if the star goalkeeper’s personal life has become counterproductive to her professional one. With Hope facing possible jail time, many are wondering if Solo’s time with the USWNT should come to an end as the team prepares for the 2016 summer Olympics.

I think Jabba was doin’ the nasty with Leia before Han got in there!! I mean, Jabba had her all chained up and all, what the heck else was he gonna do with her?! So no, Lucas made Leia abort Jabba’s and her kid. (Okay, putting the Jack D. away now......)
The incident send to have been pretty ugly all around. I take no position on the merits of filing charges at this late date, but it should be noted that the nephew Solo is accused of assaulting was, at the time, 17 years old, 6’6” tall, and 270 pounds. IOW, Hope Solo, a woman, is accused of beating up a man twice her size.
Well it seems they`re both a bit loony-toon.
