Agreed. He was unflappable even after the brawl and got the full shutout. Skill + icewater in the veins = perfect playoffs pitcher.
I like his books, he’s my favorite of that “legal beagle” crowd. But that doesn’t mean anything he says about the real world has any meaning, other than “pay attention to me, and buy my new book”.
People get death threats. Especially famous people. It’s part of the price. Now I know he didn’t want to or try to become famous, but he wound up famous anyway. I can understand why people suddenly dropped into that section of reality would go into hiding, but it doesn’t actually mean they’re in danger.
