I think her laugh is the result of a twisted sense of Huma.

Looks like Hillary’s latest defense is to spew complete gibberish, believing (hoping?) that voters are too stupid to understand that what she’s saying is completely nonsense.

Was talking to an elderly friend of mine today and her heater repairman got into a conversation with her and asked who she was going to vote for and she said clinton. She said she was sick of hearing about her emails. I politely explained that she had been emailing classified information on her own server. Had to say it a couple of times and explain what it all meant. We finally ended up talking about Trump.
To me, the MSM is our biggest problem. It’s a joint monopoly and like setting prices they are setting an agenda and propaganda campaign. Freedom of speech should not include lies.
So she’s saying that she never once was sent any classified information as Secretary of State? Isn’t that an open admission that she was kept out of the loop and her appointment was political payback in name only for dropping out of the 2008 presidential race?

She has a dismissive, ridiculing laugh. She’s not laughing with you, she’s laughing at you.
Once could easily surmise that yes!

What I see...
She often uses laughter as a weapon.
From her it’s a form of aggression.
It’s Passive-Aggression.
She does it a lot.
“I am strong. Your question is ridiculous and by extension YOU, TOO, are ridiculous...”
It means she feels threatened by the question —whatever it is— and she is trying to threaten back.
Hillary and THREATS are almost the same thing.
She throws things, screams and destroys people.
She is the person most responsible for the death of Vince Foster, and probably many others.
I think she is deliriously happy that
1. She won’t get the Ceausescu treatment
2. She has Obama as President to forgive her crimes
Only little people secure classified information.
