It is a mixed bag of mistakes and “successes”. The rats were in Congressional power in 2006, and have much to be accountable for. However, I have long given 43 the benefit of the doubt, but I am tired of it. Yes, he was a champion of the military, but he was also GOPe, and expanded big government. And did nothing about immigration. The days of business-as-usual are over, or should be. “He” (and his admin) had 3 years to get control of the Islamic problem, before the towers came down. It falls on his lap (of course with latent blame on Clintoon, and his cronies). But what rat moron and others remember that.

Under what legal mechanism can the US start holding people who are not charged with anything? Also many Im sure had diplomatic immunity.

I think one of Trump’s main goals so far has been to take Jeb out and he has been doing a good job of it. I think this is probably a part of that. Maybe he is hoping for some lame reply from Jeb.

The main way that Bush dealt with national security was to keep the southern border undefended. How many terrorists came across during his eight year tenure? Was he concerned at all with national security? Was he concerned when he de-commissioned all our MX missiles to court the Russians?

The fact remains that thousands of our best men and women lost life and limb in Iraq and Afghanistan, and trillions in dollars were pissed down the drain because of GW Bush and the insane policies of Barack Obama.

Our hopelessly divided nation is CRUMBLING before our very eyes because of the STUPID actions of two of the WORST Presidents in American history. No matter that GWB is a decent man who meant well and Obama is evil personified, both FAILED miserably and may have caused irreparable damage to our once great nation.

I think Trump is tweaking Jeb AND the media because we know what the media is going to do with this. They are going to be “all in” saying Trump ‘blames’ 9/11 on W.
Then Trump will get to school the media on how they are being misleading...because that’s what they will be doing, on purpose. Again.
Jeb shouldn’t have made that ridiculous statement and Trump is zinging him for it. I gasped when Jeb said that and I don’t blame W for 9/11.

GWB did NOT cause 9-11 (Trump isn't saying that), but he sure as hell didn't keep anyone safe. I've been sick of that meme/lie for years - it's about time someone had the balls to simply come out and state the obvious.
Oh and the intel on the 9-11 perps was available LONG before the attack, by our government and our "allies." It just wasn't acted upon.
