So VOTER ID IS NOW LEGAL IN ALL 50 STATES, right?

This is how they 'ruled' that gay marriage was legal.

Wow, they must have voted on this overnight to prevent their handlers from watching.

Good news!

Why did Breyer, Roberts, and Kennedy vote with the majority? Are they trying to counter-blackmail the Dementocrats?

YAHOO!!!!!

KS' Sec. of State, Kris Kobach was involved in writing AZ's law, KS' law (obviously) and other states as well.

Kris is Constitutional Lawyer and Professor of same and highly recognized as an expert (except for liberal/commies, of course) in the field (was top lawyer for Justice Dept under John Ashcroft in W's Admin.)

The ruling comes two days before the start of early voting. Election Day is Nov. 4.

My calendar indicates that November 3 is election day, not the 4th.

The Texas law provides a road map for the other 57 states in Obama’s Empire to pass a voter ID law that will hold up in court.

We need to put real teeth in voter fraud penalties now. 10 years federal prison and $10,000 fine sounds about right. Also lose voting privilege for life. NO more with the little slap on the wrist.

The big problem is the Democrats running the polling stations and handing out the ballots

I think the republican led staes should regard it as such.

Why would they deny another state the right to enforce its voter id laws that are most likely less strict than Texas’?

Hard to see how anyone could find fault with voter ID if the object of the whole thing is “one person, one vote”. Anyone seeking something different raises a red flag in my book.
