this is exactly how i see it as well. love Ted but Trump is a very valuable vehicle for him at this time. go with it.

As things stand now, it looks to me that there will be a brokered convention. Even though Trump may have more delegates than any other candidate going in, I doubt if a maverick like Trump (or Cruz) would get enough votes to win. Most delegates from the other candidates and all the special delegates (party hacks) with vote for a Party’s choice. Who do you think that would be? Just asking and I hope I’m wrong.

I’m a Cruz supporter, but I am loving the carnage Trump leaves in his wake.The best way to get Ted Cruz into the White House or the Supreme Court is through Donald Trump!
I too like Ted Cruz. And I like Donald Trump. I agree that Donald is the vehicle for Ted Cruz. Trump will give the GOP 44 or more States, just as Reagan did. And he will help sweep conservatives into the Congress.
