Useful information. I want my wife’s Sig p238 (380) using the best ammo.

OTOH, doesn’t matter what you are shooting if you don’t hit the target in the right place. The FBI is going back to 9mm because they find the improved accuracy with a lower recoil round is more effective.

With newer and better self defense ammo, the 9mm looks like a better round than in the past. The 380 also seems better, but not much expansion.

Looks like a good choice. Not so much expansion to stop penetration. Good sectional density left. That is probably the one I would choose too if I still had a 380.

Those were always too small for me to handle comfortably. However, they ARE really good guns and a LOT of law enforcement use them for backups.
