Giblet gravy is pretty blah at least to my taste buds. Vermouth or a dry white win gives the gravy some flavor. Hic :-)

Reads almost like my granny”s recipe, she used hard boiled eggs, too. Yum!

I add the Neck too to the stuffing. I simply remove the meat on the neck and dice or shred it.
