A++++ Excellent. I just went to some village shops this morning and just now placed an order on line. I order a Jim Shore Santa each year from Macy’s to add to my collection. I decorate my hutch with them. When I get it done I will have to post a pic. I do love my Santa’s. With my daughter and SIL due here before Christmas, I am in a frenzy to get things done. They said they were headed to the Grand Canyon when they leave Fresno on Monday. The clock is ticking!
I figure that the pants were something she wore to Sierra Summer school which was a program her college ran that she attended and where she met my dad. The students camped at Huntington Lake in the high Sierra and took classes in the woods during the day. What do you do when you go away to camp? You sew your name in all your clothes!
I know that they were part of her horseback riding avocation in college too. She always insisted on having the “right” costume for every occasion. But, she wouldn’t have sewed her name in to go horseback riding.
Thank you!
It is going to be another lean Christmas, but I pray next year’s elections will bring a better economy...
I was fine with no shopping, and then my husband just went out and bought 4 tires this afternoon because it’s raining ice down here and we have to drive all the way back to Milwaukee on 8 year old tires. Ouch! We needed them, but we didn’t have time to change them before we left.

Oh.
I thought it was the urge to read all those humorous and sarcastic articles in The Onion, or its new competitor, The New York Times.
It was outstanding. Worked on a Dartboard cabinet and helped a friend build a memorial flag case.
