The flying saucer has showed up in a couple of episodes.
Looks like the only living Gerhardt is the kid in jail at this point.
I tried watching this season and couldn’t make it past the 4th episode. Last year was much better. (full disclosure - I have not seen the movie)
Some people are just calmer then others when it comes to stressful situations

me too- Way to over the top unrealistic now- can’t stand shows where everyone is perpetually over the top angry, over the top violent etc
I like this season better.
Overall I like the fact that each season is a new story.
I was ... um .... nonplussed to see the saucer. But I cracked up at the chutzpah of the producers adding this to their “true” story. And, really, after the gummed-up final episode of Battlestar Galactica, this wasn’t so bad. Still love Fargo.
Fargo - one of my guilty pleasures.
Ping
And yes, we really do talk that way.
Yup, can’t live politics without going insane.
Gotta have some other interests.
if I have Amazon Prime can I watch all the fargo episodes there? netflix doesn’t have it
True dat
Yeah, this season is really great, they nailed the late 70s vibe.
Freegards
Them dang Martians must be stupid to think they’d find lefse when no snow on the ground.
Even had Bruce Campbell come in to play Ronald Reagan.
The UFO was not too out of place since it was established early on that there were aliens out there. If it wasn’t for a saucer, that first Gerhart brother wouldn’t have gotten run over by Peggy.
It also makes sense in a larger theme of the show: which appears to be the randomness of the universe, such as the inexplicable killing the Indian is doing, to running someone over in the first place.
By the way, the music in that show is awesome. Gotta find a soundtrack to buy for it eventually.
My mother (Norwegian from South Dakota) used to make some great lefse. Lefse and oyster stew were a tradition in the winter.
Isn’t it a guilty pleasure when it’s something like Two a Broke Girls that you enjoy? This is a pretty universally acclaimed show, so you can be out and proud with your love.
