Does Bill Nye ever sleep? He proselytizes 24/7 for a host of liberal causes.
It’s so sad “Bill Nye the Science Guy” has become a long distant memory.
Do the Mille Miglia and bring back the Pan American Road Race with Electric while they are at it!
The days cars were cars and men were MEN!
Why would they bother to recharge the cars during the race?
Just design the car for quickly-swappable battery packs and bring a pallet of fully charged batteries. Along the lines of what the RC car racers do.
A pit stop for an electric car to “refuel” would be like 8 hours. Kinda boring to watch.
Admittedly these cars would open the possibility of getting to see rescue crews electrocuted trying to pull drivers from wrecked cars that weren’t properly grounded before being pulled apart with the Jaws of Life.
It would sure change the world of terrorist organizations, whose state sponsors would quickly go broke in a post-petroleum world. Maybe they could hold bake sales or something.

If the cars aren’t going VRROOooMmMm as they scream around the track, what’s the point?
That would be cool. They could run the Indianapolis 25. The Monster Trucks would drive around until their batteries ran out. Last one moving would be the winner. There are tons of possibilities.

They’d just call it the Indie 25?
Bill Nye has the wrong “starting point”,
so it would be a rare accident if he occasionally ended up at the right place.

It’s easy to be a liberal. They don’t have to think.
If Bill Nye would shut up, the world would be better.
Would they have pit crews doing high speed battery pack swaps?
It’s a free country(partly). They should take their idea and rent a track and sponsor an event if they think it will pay off. Nothing is stopping them.
Bill Nye should try opening a 50 year old Junior High, Science text book to remind himself that science isn’t based on political bias.
