The one-sided two-way conversation on gravitational fields must of been um... interesting, in a trans-dimensional way. Seriously though, like most suggest, doctor.

I won't accept an opus until you are lucid. You know some here are sincerely concerned.

You do not need a chat board at the moment.

You need to get MEDICAL ATTENTION, right now.

Get off the computer and have somebody take you to the emergency room at your local hospital.

Lose a lot of wight recently deliberately or especially due to illness?

Psychedelics can be trapped in the fatty body tissues for decades and then release when you start burning the fat away. I had a friend who went to the ER over a similar episode and they took a while but figured out from his urine sample that it was mescaline in his system even though he hadn't used it since he was a teenager nearly fifty years ago.

You need to get to the hospital ASAP, though, because the first thing they think of when you have that sort of episode is a stroke or a series of small strokes that can lead to a major one.

What is your age? Hallucinations become more common in the elderly. This is called Charles-Bonnet syndrome. It is believed that the brain enters the dream state while the person is awake. The brain then merges the dream experience with reality. It is believed that Charles-Bonnet syndrome is responsible for various mythological figures such as pixies, fairies, and leprechauns.

Please get medical attention now!

As others have said, call a relative, a friend or as a last resort call 9-11, but get yourself checked out, get yourself to the hospital ASAP!

What you are experiencing is not normal and could be indicative of any number of medical conditions.

Are you or have you been sick recently? Had an infected cut or a bug bite?

Are you or have you been running a fever, having headaches and a stiff neck, sensitivity to light?

Not offering a diagnosis, I can’t, but I ask because the hallucinations you are having sound exactly like what my dad was having – it turned out to be bacterial meningitis.

Please get medical attention and then, afterward, let us know you are OK.

Eliminate an electrolyte imbalance.

Good luck.

And I have other, very recent hallucinations that I cannot tell from real. In that last few hours, I have been striding the great wall of china, chasing animals in Tasmania, and been having sex adventures in exotic lands.

Sounds like a serious bout of mid-life crisis. A lot of people would probably pay for those sort of dreams. As far as the scrambled alphabet problem, it could be something as simple as not getting enough sleep.

You might want to talk this over with your doctor just to get your mind clear of it.

Go get help, buddy.

My son started having issues like this and it turned out to be an medication issue. (Chantix plus muscle relaxants plus benzos - all prescribed)

Thankfully, it was figured out before anything terrible happened.

Could also be a stroke or schizophrenia.

Either way, this is a MEDICAL ISSUE and you MUST get to a doctor ASAP.

Call 911 and get to a hospital right now.

It can be anything from environmental to physical but something is seriously wrong.

My shrink told me I had a split personality then he charged me $100. So I gave him $50 and told him to collect the rest from the other guy!

Seek medical attention without delay.

Are you on Benzos such as Xanax or Klonopin? Benzo withdrawals can be hell.

A few weeks ago, I was out of my Xanax for a few days. I started hallucinating & hearing voices. I have never been so scared in my life. If you are tapering off Benzos, severe hallucinations can occur.

Either way, seek medical help immediately.

Yeah, what they all said - get to an urgent care center or emergency room as soon as possible - if you can’t drive (and probably you shouldn’t) call 911 or get a friend or relative to drive you - Do It.....

Have a friend or relative drive you to the emergency room immediately. If this is not possible call 911. Don’t drive yourself.

Just lay off meth for a couple of days and you will be amazed at how normal you will feel. :-)
