If we did that we would have
Changed The Two Party System.
And that needs very badly to be done.
No he will not(and I am a Cruz supporter). By the time we get to the second round and Trump does not have enough going into this convention there will have been a national call for any Trump supporter that can to amass outside the convention....they are already talking that way.
This situation right now is extremely dangerous with the left going to amass also. The leadership will not have the guts with that atmosphere outside to do anything but let Trump have the ticket.
1 - Cruz isn’t interested.
2- Trump screwed the pooch by smearing Cruz with the “liar” label”.
Trump is playing a game entirely unfamiliar to the professional politicians and power brokers. He is running circles around them and has their little heads exploding in the process.
Trump will be a good, if unconventional, president. I am looking forward to someone in the White House who is somewhat unpredictable and unconventional.
Too many voters are too young to remember 1968. Too many elitist Republicans remember but don't care if the little folk get trampled on if it gets out of control.
For the sake of the US, I have to believe the nomination won't be stolen from Trump.
“Trump screwed the pooch by smearing Cruz with the liar label.”
Cruz is a liar.
uh...no....wrong movie.
This is Cleveland.
The Move-on, and BLM crowd will dwarf any pro-Trump crowd.
They’ll go away when Cruz wins.
Would you like a list of Trump’s lies?
GOPe-icide that leads to 2 years of insurrection and destroys the party. Their choice.
Trump is a special case. I suspect if he shows up just short on delegates, he will do what he does best. After the GOP establishment works so hard to get a brokered convention to deny him the nomination, Trump will make deals with individual delegates and get the nomination anyways. I don’t know if this is a good thing, but with Trump it strikes me as a uniquely likely result.
“Unless Cruz has majority delegate wins in 8 states by the time of the convention he wont even get on the ballot”
“Hes already there.”

No, he’s not. Cruz won a majority of delegates in only 5 states so far: ID, WY, KS, TX and ME. Check it out: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/11/Delegation_Vote_%2C2016_%28Republican_Party%29.svg/800px-Delegation_Vote_%2C2016_%28Republican_Party%29.svg.png
Now, he may well get there, but he’s not there yet...and if the GOPe starts playing games by changing rules in the middle of the game, THERE’S GOING TO BE A PROBLEM.
LOL...and Trump is not....oh my. How many positions has he run on now and changed his mind after people have already voted for him? The logic of Trump people is beyond me...oh wait, from what I can see so far it is all emotion just like the dems. I never thought I would see this in republicans.
Deflection is the tactic of a tyrant. Try addressing Ted Cruz’s lies since that is who you support then we’ll get to everyone else’s.
GOP delegates are selected by going through elections in a series of public meetings, or are selected by a candidate’s campaign and put on a ballot. There are no brokers except for the candidates with delegates themselves.
Uncommitteds and released delegates will put Trump over the top on the first ballot should he fail to have the necessary pledged delegates before thr convention opens.
Trump will win outright plus 1237. All this talk is a waste of time.
Trump on the other hand is no idiot. He's in this to win it. He will never accept any kind of deal that doesn't end up with him as the nominee. If he doesn't have 1437 (or whatever) coming in then he will have that number very shortly. He'll get enough delegates to break rank and switch to him. There's only one way he can be denied and hopefully the secret service will do their job to stop that from happening.
The GOP will reluctantly support Trump, provided he raises his own GE money so they can focus on retaining majoritopies in Congress and winning down ticket races. Cruz will go back to the Senate and trybto avoid a primary challenge. Kasich will be named Postmaster General by President Trump.
No Way Jose!
I think his “trump” card is that if elected, it would be very very easy to get the economy started just by removing the more outrageous of the Obama administrative regulations.
I’m not conceding your assertion of Cruz lying.
The deflection is yours.
