Lawyers know that the U.S.Constitution can not make abortion illegal, as the Right to Life involves living citizens, not unborn children.

The States have the Power to regulate Medicine and many are doing the maximum necessary to curtail abortion.

It can be really frustrating to see emotion fraught Conservatives trying to use the U.S.Constitution to counter abortion, and ignore the Powers that the States already possess to deal with abortion.
