What the GOP treasonists did to Trump is exactly what they did to the voters. Once they got what they wanted, they went right to backstabbing. I been voting since 1980, never in my life have I ever seen a party like todays GOP treasonists, the way they stab the people in the back who elected them, they way they treat their front runner, it’s unbelievable. Has that EVER happened before where a loser - Romney - from the past election held a press conference to viciously trash the front runner of his own party? I still can’t believe that, just the biggest most disgusting display of backstabbing I have ever seen in my life.

A sad 69 year old man leading and funding the black hole spoiler campaign. What would this prove for him and his followers?

“I’m gonna have to see how I was treated [before making a decision]. It’s very simple.”

I like that Trump is competent at negotiation. It leaves the GOPe nervous about doing anything he might construe as "mistreated".

Sore-loser laws? Was that created after Sore-Loserman?

I don't understand how any state can do that because you can vote for anyone you choose, all you have to do is write in the name.

True, but Libertarian convention is in late May.
I doubt that Trump will have given up on the R nomination at that time.

Likely and I support their right to do so if Cruz goes to convention actually meeting the requirements that the race started with. It is BS to change rules mid campaign.

You can write it in, but “they” don’t have to tabulate it.

How could that (sore loser laws) be constitutional?

Not sure I see him as a particularly sad guy. But he is not leading a third party campaign and he may not. Its part of negotiation. The best use of a weapon is to not have to fire it.

Hillary’s stalking horse opens his yap yet again. Hillary in a landslide is DJT’s ultimate goal.

For a democrat stalking horse, Trump sure seems to have the Dems in a state of apoplexy. That doesn't make much sense. You'd think they would keep quiet about him.

There are three states that I know of that have sore-loser laws that would keep him off their ballots...

And how do they work when the guy with the most states, most delegates, and most votes is replaced by someone who never ran in a single primary?

Has it ever been challenged if it’s really a sore loser law? I mean everything goes in politics, but the courts do frown upon disenfranchisement.

Trump signed an agreement to do something, now he’s backing off of that agreement. Do you want this man as president?

They have no intention of getting their act straight. As other threads show, they are planning to rig the delegates for the convention.

The GOP never intended this primary to organically produce a nominee that received the most citizen votes. Their rigged system got upended by the rise of Trump and the voter dissatisfaction, both of which they underestimated. Now they have to kick off all the secondary firewalls. All along our votes were just a dog and pony show.

Unless Trump (the people/us) are able to overcome this and change this corrupt party into something truly representative again, there will be no hope for the future. It’s that serious.

I will never ever forgive the Republican party for this.

They want Sanders who promises them absolute control their secret dream. The Trump noise is so overdone ... it just conceals and is what is expected from them - a diversion.

There really are no rules for the 2016 convention yet. As I understand the rules for this convention will be drafted in a month or so. At least that is what I heard.
