Cruz folks can’t see beyond their own personal desire to see their guy “win”. They don’t even realize what a pawn Cruz is in this game. Not completely their fault as they are deceived every day by talk radio/Fox/pulpit, etc.

That narrative is so condescending and idiotic...

It's just as easy to say "Trump folks can’t see beyond their own personal desire to see their guy “win”.

I'm sick of Trumpsters thinking we are mind numbed robots who like Cruz because we drool and lip synch to talk radio/Fox/pulpit...

I know I can think for myself in spite of my lack of support for Trump...

I support Cruz because he is a constitutional conservative...

“I think it’s evil, not incompetence. They do not care if Hillary wins, in fact I’m thinking that was their plan all along. The Bushes and Clinton’s are tight.”

So do I.

And don’t forget Romney’s part in all this.

It all started with Romney. Yes, Trump and the other candidates were going at each other to try and win but nothing different than any election cycle. But Trump kept winning and winning and the guys the GOP planned on winning were dropping out like flies. Trump was on an inevitable march to the nomination when Romney pulled, as you said, that sickening stunt and openly led a movement to undermine the people’s votes

If Cruz is 500 behind then that means Trump would probably have the 1237 he needs. At least I would think.

I’m going to vote for Donald Trump ONLY. Any other choice, I will not vote for. . But I’m used to not voting, anyways.

I do not otherwise consent. A vote for any other so-called establishment RINO will certainly be a vote for Hitlery.

So, then if he’s not on the ballot, I will simply go to work and not bother.

At this point, Hillary is going to be the next President. Mark my words. Enjoy losing AGAIN!

Nonetheless, Love y’all! FR + Good people in general.

Never in the past 50 years have we had a better chance to take back some ground from the oligarchs as we do now.

I’m talking about now. Cruz has no path and hasn’t for a while. He’s just a pawn to the GOP ends. I understand the initial support for him but now it’s just helping the evil GOP. Most FReepers see that and that’s why Cruz only has a small % of support left here relative to Trump.

Even if he doesn’t run third party there will be a lot of enthusiastic voters who will write in Trump if he is not the nominee.

Currently, 43 States allow Write In Ballots for President of the United States.

States not allowing write in ballots include; Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Dakota

Can anyone win without these states, and would writing Trump in if he isn't the nominee be worth the pyrrhic victory? I want to see the person with the most delegates take the nomination but I just can't see giving the election to the demonrats(includes kasick as far as I'm concerned) again because we are angry.

“Trump was on an inevitable march to the nomination when Romney pulled, as you said, that sickening stunt and openly led a movement to undermine the people’s votes.”

He had NO business doing that, and he should NOT be allowed to even SPEAK at the convention, nevermind staying in the republican party.

Trump understands leverage.

Have nice talks with the RNC and then tell the world that all options are open.

It is a war between men of business and men of politics.

Frankly, I don't know who will win.

Pulling for Trump, but this is a complex deal.

“but I just can’t see giving the election to the demonrats(includes kasick as far as I’m concerned) again because we are angry. “

The GOPe has already given the election to the dems.

Punish the GOPe: Write in Trump and vote dems for the senate

I have to wonder at what point our dear leaders will stoop to buying the delegates.

And if this is how it works, there is no reason what so ever to pretend that we have primary elections. They can ‘select 2,472 delegates and have a private party at a Marriot Resort and they can select our next potus.

No need to waste hundreds of millions of dollars.
No need to spend a year on the campaign trail.
No need to take everyone’s hard earned donations.
No need to have volunteers sacrificing their time.
No need to jam the TV with non-stop terrible ads.
And, lest we forget...
No need for a young man to die trying to travel to Ben Carson’s caucus in time to volunteer.

What a wasted pathetic party we pledge to support.
They want your time and your money, just not your vote!

GOPe needs your TIME and all your MONEY, just not your VOTE!

It would be a secret thrill to vote for other than R or D, which is basically the same oligarchy.

“GOPe needs your TIME and all your MONEY, just not your VOTE!”

Come Nov this party is DOA.

Romney, Ryan, McCain and Grahamnesty need to be purged and replaced with Tea partiers.
