I almost pulled out all my hair!!!! Rooting so hard for the Sharks to get this one! Glad they won in a squeaker. Hoping for as many games as possible.

3 observations from Game 3
1. The Sharks played their best game of the series.
2. The Penguins played their worst game of the entire playoffs.
3. The ice at SAP Center was horrible. The only way to slow Pittsburgh down.

One of the local reporters tweeted a picture of the ice this afternoon. It was rutted and had puddles on it. I hope they’ve turned up the freezer since.

Great game. Pens have clenched every playoff series this season at home. I hope they keep it up this Thursday. That would be a first in Pens’ history.

Attempting to root for the Sharks. It’s not working out. Pens are out skating, out shooting, out defending, and most importantly, out scoring the Sharks. The Penguins deserve to win this series as it now stands.

Pens are having a Cinderella type of season. With little hope of even making the playoffs, the Pens turned it all around and began winning. The coaching change was huge.

Did yinz hear Doc Emmerick...WHEN the Pens win the Cup, it will be the FIRST time (in 11 pro championships) since 1960 (Pirates World Series) that the Championship win occurs in the Burgh.
Six Super Bowls (neutral sites); the two World Series (won in away games) as well as the three previous Cups.

The Sharks have not played with the lead at any time in the series.

When does the next season start....next month? LOL.
Now live in Florida but still a Chicago Blackhawks fan forever. I knew Hawks captain Stan Mikita...he later owned a restaurant in a Chicago suburb almost next door to me. He's gone in body and mind right now, but he'll always be in the Hockey Hall of Fame and in our hearts.
