This is what I’m thinking! One simple law has such a beneficial ripple effect! It would be great to get the law passed in many, if not all, of the states and watch what these defective leftists do.
I am afraid you are right. I recall reading some time ago on FR(?) about a judge in Arizona who inserted himself into local school budgets. Judges are making too many decisions that they have no right to make.

I couldn’t agree more, it’s way past time to bring common sense back to the law.
It’s even worse than that, Jane Austen. There have been cases of federal courts ORDERING local city councils to pass or repeal certain ordinances or be fined daily until they do so. Between unelected bureaucrats and administrative agencies who not only enforce, but write, federal regs, and federal judges weighing in with a leftist thumb on the scale, we are in sad shape.
