It is such a gimme. Women and girls are very vulnerable in the restroom. The walls are usually thick. They are in a compromised position. The transgendered have no proof that they are what they claim to be. No one is examining the transgendered for mental illness either. What is to stop packs of rapists from dressing like women and raping women and molesting little girls. It was such a gimme and Donald dropped the ball.

This issue is not just bathrooms, because when the mentally ill man gets to use the bathrooms of women, he also gets to use the changing rooms, showers, locker rooms, saunas.
To compound the problem, the Department of Justice leaned on a public school district with threat of withdrawing funds because a transgender (mentally ill boy) wanted to use the girls’ locker rooms. They let him use a stall with curtain in the locker room, but he didn’t want to be treated differently. He sued and the federal government sided with him that he had a right to stand naked with a penis in front of girls and see them naked in order to feel like a girl.
So caving on bathrooms means these nuts get to use EVERY women’s space.
Wait until more rapists dress as women to gain access to women’s shelters. There are already many identified transgenders guilty of various sex crimes, who now have federal permission to enter those spaces, too.

The DC gov't is already encouraging the public to report cases of private restaurants that don't change the signs on their restroom doors. Prosecution for refusing to comply? It is not far off.
If America kneels to the Alinskyite Left on this issue, the numbers of abuses will explode. You won't hear about these cases, because the media will be complicit in NOT reporting them -- just like the media refuse to cover stories about Caucasians who are raped, tortured and murdered by the media's favored PC minorities.

If a guy thinks he has the soul of a woman, he shouldn't be using women's bathrooms, but I get the feeling a guy who wore dresses and got the whole snip and whatever operation wouldn't be welcome in men's bathrooms either.
You are clearly mentally ill, and your continuing attempts to make excuses and attempts at normalizing abnormal behaviors is simply a manifestation of clinical depression working itself out in your life in the form of expressions in defense of unnatural proclivities in the bathroom space.

For goodness sakes who with a brain lets their child go into a public restroom unaccompanied?! Children have been injured in restrooms by gender appropriate persons. This is no longer a world where adults can leave children unattended in public places. Self responsibility may not be a liberal value but it is common sense.
