question was in regards to public toilets. a man in drag would be embarrassed in either a male or female locker room. same with a woman in a mans locker room. no doubt also be threatened or worse, regardless of laws.

My females don’t pee standing up, and unlike men’s rooms don’t have urinals on the wall. so the only ones gawking would be females trying to pass as a man. so what?

sorry if you had children in elementary school, you would care a great deal as to having perverts deciding on what bathroom to use.
First off I raised 5 kids, the eldest one has a PhD in physics. I never sent a single one of them to an elementary school public or private.
I know children from other parents who send their kids to public elementary school and they keep it locked down ,so the only perverts would be the adult teachers themselves.

I make it a point to not use public restrooms just because perverts have always frequented them,law or no except if I would piss myself otherwise. the point is it really is a non issue if a cross dresser had to pee and was made up like a woman already it would be safer and more discreet for him to go into a ladies room, go to a stall, sit down, pee and then leave.Like they always have done since the invention of indoor plumbing!
I will confess that I had to use a ladies room once in public as the mens room was closed for cleaning. the janitor made sure that the ladies room was cleared by my request before I went in. if you got to go, you got to go.
