Actually, no. If you follow the link and look closely, this piece of trash was arrested last year in April of 2015. And the scum was arrested previously in 2013. The upshot of the political discourse revolving around public restrooms however, is that more and more of these past incidents are coming to light proving the case for protecting innocent women and children. It happens a lot more than the media would like you to know about.
