Family court is full of the most vile woman I’ve ever seen..from the judges to the lawyers..in most cases your screwed if your a man..especially if you’ve lost a lot

Brother, after the crap storm I’ve been through the past year you see speaking to the choir. When this is ovet I am ready to go Tiny House Nation. Plan to get 20 to 40 acres and build an 800 to 900 Sq ft cabin with a covered porch. Women may be allowed to stay a weekend but their asses will be out the door Monday morning. I’m done!
She's in the midst of menopause. Yes, I'm aware of all the chemical changes she's going through. My own counselor (a woman ....) has flat out told me that women going through menopause go through horrible hormonal changes and imbalances that affect them physically and mentally.
Menopause isn't the only thing however, you had to read the original thread (linked above) and the specific post I linked to, to understand what she's going through -- and refuses to deal with it. (I'd rather not repeat that all here....)

There are two sides to this coin, my friend. When the marriage is good the man surely does love the little homemaker who cooks, cleans and keeps the children out of daycare. It's worth so much, at the time.
When the marriage is crumbling she's all of a sudden a money grubbing leech who never earned her way and is grasping for everything she can get. She who chose to be a homemaker for you and a full time mother for the children with NO career to fall back on.
LOL!! Love the tiny house idea (thinking of that myself ....) and you reminded me of something one of my friends said to me last Friday morning while at breakfast:
"If it f***s, flies or floats, you're better off renting it than buying it."
I swear that's what he said. Unfortunately for him I was in the middle of a sip of coffee, LOL!!!!

And although you don't sound like you'll be a victim of it, for others contemplating your path or advice, I would say, the worst advice you can give yourself is "my wife (/husband) would never do that to me." Oh, yes, she (/he) will. In a divorce, your soon-to-be-ex is your enemy and their is no other way to approach it. Once all the boundaries have been adjudicated and the papers have been signed, you might be able to have some kind of relationship, especially (but God forbid) if there are kids. (I know a few people who've done it.)
But until you emerge successfully from the other side, you need to assume no quarter will be given, because it won't.

Depends on where you live. States like California leave most women far worse off if they had been stay at home moms
Consider yourself lucky. I still have a tape recording of my 2nd wifes’ POS father offering to shoot me in the back of the head and bury me in the woods.
She made the decision to be a stay at home mom and toss $50k of income/year away, putting the responsibility to work harder and support the family firmly on me, without consulting me before making the decision.
Then, I get blamed for the decision she made when she "threw her career away" to stay home with the kids.
You ladies cannot have it both ways and always blame us men.

I knew a guy who saw it coming and scrubbed the toilet with his wife’s toothbrush every morning for a week before he got booted from his house.
You can enjoy watching as her woman body ages: saggy boobs, butt and belly, droopy cheeks, dark circles under eyes, graying hair. She will HATE it. Women are too often judged by others AND themselves by their looks.
Then, one day, she will see a gorgeous woman near you and will glower, fume and get red with anger, frustration and hatred. Lol. She'll get hers. Believe it.

And the first sign of unhappiness they run to the lawyers..most women today are not worth it
Back in my youth, I was waiting my turn in court one morning as a couple of lawyers were arguing in a divorce case. The couple had no real property to fight over. They had no children to fight over. I’m sure that the lawyers, by that point, knew that they weren’t going to get paid for their efforts. The fight was over the pots and pans in the kitchen - all the couple had left to fight over after a protracted matter. The judge told them to have all the pots and pans sitting on the floor in front of the bench when he got back from lunch, and he’d do the property division if they couldn’t work it out, and that they each needed to have their clients there, as well, as he would deal with them at the same time.
After lunch, the lawyers announced that they wouldn’t need any more of the court’s time, and an agreed order would be submitted.
I read the original thread and sympathize with anyone going through this kind of turmoil.
