"A circuit court judge has ruled an Oregon man can legally identify as "gender binary."" Sounds to me like the judge legislated this one from the bench. Legislating laws from the bench helps to keep the voting records of liberal lawmakers clean so that low-information voters will be fooled into reelecting them.
