ELKVIEW, WV -
The water and gas lines supplying the Elk View Shopping Center have broken. 13 News Assignment Editor Michael Carmen says there is no water at the businesses and they can't use the gas now either.
Kmart is allowing its employees to stay the night in the business. Carmen adds the road in and out of the shopping center washed out at 8:30 p.m.

if I had to be stuck anywhere for the night, inside a K-Mart sounds pretty comfy. I sure hope it stops flooding, tho.

The bad thing about this news event is it is going to get buried and hardly noticed with the news of Great Britian leaving the EU and the shaky economic movements to come because of it, in later on in the day shortly after the sun comes up. If it wasn’t for the news of Great Britain leaving the EU this would probably be the big news of the day the news media would be talking about most of the day.
