On that third bullet point, I would drop that last clause, because we don’t need to be patronizing these types of establishments, anyway.
And, I’d rather they just post a big, readable from 30 yards away sign declaring their establishment to be ‘gun-free’. That way we can make our shopping decisions from the street rather than have to look around for some stupidly obscure sign among all the lottery, cigarette, beer and demolition derby signs taped in the windows.

Beating up on cops - that’s fine since they need to fire up the black vote, but beating up on gun owners - that costs elections - they may throw a few bones, but very, very, little red meat on that issue.
