Are you sure it was that house? IIRC a few houses have been suggested as possible crime scenes. I have seen one documentary which stated dismissively that the blood couldn't be traced to Hoffa. What wasn't said was that the blood was so degraded that it couldn't trace to anyone.
Sheeran's story about Hoffa seems pretty credible, the rest of book, not so. Given the situation at the time, the Gallo Brothers wouldn't have let someone known in mob circles to do wet work and a known associate of Russell Bufalino within a mile of them. Sheeran was well-known in underworld circles and easily recognizable due to his size. I highly doubt the Joey Gallo story.
Just like every other jailed mobster wishing to be in the news. The latest being Anthony Zerilli who led the FBI on yet another goose chase back in 2013 by claiming Hoffa was buried in a field in Oakland County.......LOL!
All they uncovered was night crawlers which they didn't even have the common sense to sell to fishermen in order to offset the cost of the excavation project.............
