The problem with socialism (communism) is that you eventually run out of other people’s money.
Zimbabwe is the perfect example of that. When it fell to Mugabe, he took everything from whitey and redistributed it to those poor victims of colonialism. Now, they have the same amount of nothing that other crapholes on that continent have.
It’s a quite impressive list of demands. There is one obvious response. Let’s cut off food stamps, Medicaid, and housing subsidies, and let the chips fall where they may.
The only thing I can think of that we aren’t already doing for them is lifting them on and off one another.
