Easier to say all of Billy Boy’s “successes” were in fact Newt Gingrich’s and the Republican Congress that was elected in 1994. Hillary got that first Republican congress elected in 40 years elected after scaring the sh#t out of the American people with Hillarycare. Billy merely signed off on Newt’s legislation.

Clinton’s people stopped surveying inner city populations, which resulted in some great numbers. Then just before the end of his last term, they changed back to the original surveys, which made Bush look bad.
