Unfortunately I didn’t get to see it. My sister’s fiance is here, both die hard democrats and union electricians, he insists on watching PBS and all mainstream everything, so I haven’t gotten my conservative news fix in days.
Pretty good guy, and actually does hold intelligent political discussions, unlike my mother and sister, who obsessively parrot the party line and mainstream propaganda...Trump is a horrible man, racist, obama is an angel, saving the world from damnation...disgusting. Mention politics and they act like I’m totally out of my mind. Never mind the fact that I have a 150 IQ, they treat me like I’m totally stupid, despite the fact that I spend hours on end digging up the damn truth...oh that’s nonsense...Obama’s not a LIAR...Cruz is the most dangerous man in the world...Trump will destroy the country...My sister has a bumper sticker that reads: The road to hell is paved with Republicans. She actually believes Republicans have done everything that is wrong with the country...
Never mind the fact that out of the 10 states with the highest unemployment, 7 are run by Democrats. Of the 10 lowest, 6 are Republican states. All of the cities with the highest murder and crime rates...run by democrats. She still thinks Republicans cause all of it.
OK I got off track...sorry...I get flustered trying to reason with these people. It’s impossible. I’d be pulling my hair out if I still had any.
I’ve been watching DML for a year or more, sometimes he’s a little irritating but for the most part, a good show, and he does tell it like it is. I got into Newsmax 3 years ago, liked it pretty well except for Steve Malzberg’s idiotic rants liberally sprinkled with sarcasm and derision...otherwise he’s a good reporter too.
Sorry to see DML go, I always switched to his show when Megyn Kelly came on, I was one who never watched her again from the day after her senseless performance at the first Republican debates.
Who knows, maybe Newsmax will come to their senses and bring him back, maybe viewer feedback will get their attention. I get tired of the nonstop documentaries all day, but for evening news, it’s still pretty good.
It’s hard to tell what’s going on, i.e., who is doing what, because people don’t know how properly to use the words “station,” “channel,” “network,” etc.
