ILLEGAL ALIEN crime. I wanted the federal data but there is no one definitive source.
Private study and Department of Homeland Security data | Sept. 3, 2016

The federal government does not readily keep statistics about crimes committed by illegal aliens.

Google is your friend. Type in any town, county, state most wanted and you’ll get your stats.

“I’ve seen official FBI stats on murder which break down victims and perps by race and gender.”

In those stats, Hispanic victims are labled “Hispanic” and Hispanic criminals are labeled by race as white or black.

The information is indeed difficult to find. I believe it is deliberately not being collected by the Federal government.

Here is an article I wrote about homicides in Texas that supports the notion of high levels of illegal immigrant homicides:

http://gunwatch.blogspot.com/2015/07/texas-murders-by-illegal-aliens.html

The article has a good snapshot of the 10 most wanted criminals in Texas. 9 of the 10 have Hispanic surnames. All are labeled as “white”.

`Adios America—The Left’s Plan To Turn Our Country Into A Third World Hellhole’ by Ann Coulter, Regnery Publishing, 2015,p.99;
Chapt. 7 “Immigrants and Crime “You will spend more time trying to obtain basic crime statistics about immigrants in America than trying to sign up for Obamacare. The facts aren’t there. Those of us who want to know if a murderer is an immigrant are treated as if we’re trying to keep blacks out of the country club. What difference does it make?”
Ann is a first-rate researcher, a lot of it on the legal resource Lexus.
I believe she uses the term “immigrant” ironically and she’s had the same experience you had: statistics go down the old memory hole! then, `Why do you wanna know? Don’t you know these are hard-working, family oriented undocumented Americans?’
All except, of course, the many violent, recidivist criminals who boomerang back-and-forth between here and their homes down south.

Obama & Co. are still trying to get the Library of Congress to do a Winston Smith on records, changing the terms mentioned in US Code Title 8: “illegal” and “alien” to “undocumented” and “immigrant”.

“Those who control the present, control the past and those who control the past control the future.”
George Orwell, 1984

Outfits like PEW are accepted as the best data available, not that even PEW claims it is accurate ... just the bet available.

PEW says illegals in the US peaked around 2007 and are now down from the high. PEW attributes this to the bad economy...which PEW, an Obama supporter, says is bad, especially for construction workers where many illegals worked.

This myth of people waiting in long lines to enter is one of the worst lies that corrupt the debate on all sides of the debate.

What PEW overlooks is that as the anti=(illegal) immigrant issue became mainstream, many illegals accelerated the process of obtaining the many current forms of amnesty available. Thus PEW notes that legal immigration did increase... as if legal and illegal immigrants weren’t after the same jobs.

Also what PEW and most everyone on the immigration issue ignores is that most of those people patiently waiting in line to be legal immigrants are ALREADY HERE ILLEGALLY.

IIRC it was 12 million for a number of years. I wonder why the Ministry of Information has gone to 11.

Because they pass out bogus information. Give them another 6 months, and the number will be down to 300. They lie. It's what they do.

I watched Ann’s newest book (In Trump We Trust) book review, interviewed by Tucker Carlson, on C-Spam’s ‘Book Review’, the other night.

She mentioned that the 11 million illegals meme is taken from decades ago census...and that the number of illegals in America is actually closer to 30 million.

Here is an article that covers numbers/statistics, sources, by Ann...during her interview with Jorge RRRRrrramos....

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/05/26/jorge-ramos-admits-true-feelings-to-ann-coulter-no-limit-to-number-of-mexicans-allowed-into-america%E2%80%A8/

One take away...

“I think you’re wrong, as I describe,” Coulter said. “The number we keep hearing is 11 million, 11 million, 11 million, 11 million—that’s so weird. It’s been 11 million for a decade.”

After Ramos attempted but failed to cut her off—Coulter kept going and interrupted his interruption with “hey, I’m still explaining”—she explained why there are far more than 11 million illegal aliens in America.

“As I explain in the book, they’re all using the Census figures,” Coulter said. “If the Census figures are wrong, then everybody’s numbers are wrong. I’m sorry, but it defies common sense that in the past decade that not one more illegal alien has come.

“In fact, I cite the work, first of all, of two people advising people about their money, Bear Stearns analysts, and they looked at something other than the Census reports, which relies on people who have broken the law to be here telling the truth in government surveys. They said, no, instead we’re going to look at remissions of money back to Mexico, for example. That is money people send here. School enrollments in illegal alien hot spots. Housing permits in illegal alien hot spots.

“Back in 2006, they said it was 20 million—two Pulitzer Prize winning investigative journalists who spent a year investigating for Time Magazine, which you are one of the most influential people of—“

“That’s what they say,” Ramos interjected.

“So you better believe investigative reporters for Time Magazine and Vanity Fair,” Coulter continued. “In 2006, they said there have been another 3 million a year. That adds up to a minimum of 30 million.”

More like 50 million.
http://www.cairco.org/issues/how-many-illegal-aliens-reside-united-states

“Conclusion

Using the latest conservative Census Bureau data from 2010 and 2011, the Center for Immigration Studies reports that more than 50 million immigrants (legal and illegal) live in the United States, and that “Absent a change in policy, between 12 and 15 million new immigrants (legal and illegal) will likely settle in the United States in the next decade. And perhaps 30 million new immigrants will arrive in the next 20 years.”10

“The magnitude of the numbers of illegal aliens in the United States represents a serious crisis and urgent need for a return to the rule of law and secured borders that the United States Constitution demands.”

Coulter said she believed we must have 10% of Mexico’s population living here now. Only 21% of Mexicans live in rural areas.

Yeah, this problemo is reaching critical mass. Once again the problem is demographics and Uniparty supports cheap labor over Americans.
This is a critical election, and we see `Republicans’ supporting Hillary Clinton. It’s disgusting.

Go Trump, win win win.

Thanks to all!

My point was however that there are no federal government stats as there are for other offenders.

I wonder why. I am not so much interested in the figures.. I can see the various estimates including the ones in the referenced study.

They prove that the federal government certainly should be paying attention -- along with "amnesty" -- local and state governments pay attention but they cannot nake the decision on amnesty. As usual the problem is in Washington.

Thanks again.

Criminal Alien Statistics: Information on Incarcerations, Arrests, and Costs GAO-11-187: Published: Mar 24, 2011. Publicly Released: Apr 21, 2011.

Pete Sessions and Steve King requested that GAO update the 71 page report above, which is still the best info available. Trump referred to it in his immigration speech including mentioning the 25,000 criminal aliens charged with homicide.

Thank you very much for GAO Report to Congressional Requesters CRIMINAL ALIEN STATISTICS Information on Incarcerations, Arrests, and Costs

Immigration, Drugs, and Traffic Violations Accounted for about 50 Percent of Offenses in Our Study Population Of the nearly 3 million arrest offenses in our study population, we estimate that about 50 percent were related to immigration, drugs, or traffic violations, as shown below in table 2.

Table 2: Estimated Number and Percent of Criminal Alien Arrest Offenses by Type of Offense

Arrest offense Number Percent
Immigrationa 529,859 18
Drugs 504,043 17

Assault 213,047 7
Larceny/theft 125,322 4
Fraud, forgery, and counterfeiting 120,810 4
Burglary 115,045 4
Weapons violations 94,492 3
Motor vehicle theft 81,710 3
Sex offenses 69,929 2
Disorderly conduct 52,384 2

Kidnapping 14,788 1
Arson 2,005 <1
Other 151,138 5
Total 2,891,668 100b

Source: GAO analysis of FBI IAFIS data.

Note: For information on the margin of error, see app. I.

a Offenses included in our immigration category included both criminal offenses (63,914) and civil immigration violations—those that lead to removal proceedings (305,784). For 160,161 immigration offenses, we were unable to distinguish whether the offense was criminal or civil. See app. I for information on the margin of error.

b Percentages may not add to 100 due to rounding.

[end of quotes]

Kick out the criminals immediately

I recall reading somewhere that each offender is likely to have multiple arrests.. so it's not three million of the eleven million we keep hearing that is the total ILLEGAL aliens. Just wanted to mention that so it does not look like virtually every other ILLEGAL alien is a criminal.

IMO the fact that the government and business made it no secret that they would not enforce the 1986 "reform" means the ILLEGAL aliens were invited to come on in!

IMO that should be a consideration and the government employees and businessmen the ones to be deported and fined. :)
